    Campus Safety Information Guide

    At the Anaheim Campus, we are interested in the welfare, security and safety of every individual.     Course Scheduling Manual

    In order to comply with the Student Attendance Accounting Manual, to reduce the possibility of audit findings and to maximize FTES generation, it is crucial that courses are scheduled correctly and adhere to state attendance regulations. To assist faculty coordinators, deans and inputters in this task, a Course Scheduling Manual was developed in 2013 as the District moved to the 16-week condensed calendar.

    Decision Making Resource Manual, 2023 Update

    The purpose of this resource manual is to describe how decisions are made in the North Orange County Community College District. It has been developed with the goal of improving communication and trust across NOCCCD. These decision-making processes reflect the mechanisms by which NOCCCD ensures that there are opportunities for meaningful collaboration and that the voices of the constituent groups are heard in making decisions.

    District Budget Forum 2023-24

    The Vice Chancellor of Finance and Facilities and the District Director of Fiscal Affairs schedule annual campus-wide site meetings to communicate the Budget Allocation process to the campus communities. These meetings are also an opportunity to explain and clarify any changes that have come about due to the previous year's evaluation.

    The District Employee Mediation Program for employees aims to resolve conflicts early, fostering a healthy organizational culture built on trust and respect. We encourage all employees to raise issues and concerns confidently, knowing they will be handled respectfully through direct communication and collaboration. At NOCCCD, we are committed to inclusive, productive engagement where all voices are heard.

    District Style Guide

    The primary purpose of the Brand Style Guide is to provide direction and specific information for the use and presentation of the North Orange County Community College District logo and branding elements. Referring to this Guide will hep establish creative standards as well as maintain brand consistency and continuity.
