How Do I
Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held at 5:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month unless otherwise noted.
Meetings are open to the public and take place at the Anaheim Campus Board Room at 1830 W. Romneya Drive, Anaheim, CA 92801. Meetings can also be viewed by livestream.

Registration Open for Winter and Spring 2026
Register for classes at Cypress College, Fullerton College, and North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE).
Winter Intercession is from December 17 – January 28. Spring 2026 classes begin on January 12 for NOCE and February 2 for Cypress & Fullerton.

NOCCCD Announces Dr. John Parker as New Vice Chancellor, Administrative Services
NOCCCD announces that Dr. John Parker has been selected as the new Vice Chancellor, Administrative Services. Dr. Parker is scheduled to begin in March 2026.

Board of Trustees
The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) is led by a Board of seven elected Trustees and two student Trustees who meet bi-monthly to set policy and guide the District’s mission, academic goals, and budget.
