The award-winning NOCCCD Office of Public and Governmental Affairs is responsible for advancing the District’s reputation, mission, priorities, and values through storytelling, branding, and relationship building.
We are the Voice of NOCCCD
The Office of Public and Governmental Affairs is the chief communications organization for the District charged with promoting and protecting NOCCCD’s reputation, brand, and image. The department supports the Chancellor, executive management staff, and the Board of Trustees and serves as a resource to faculty, staff, students, elected officials, and the general public for information.
Our office works to:
- Advance and protect NOCCCD’s identity and reputation while promoting awareness of its many accomplishments
- Reinforce and grow NOCCCD’s brand while increasing its visibility in local, state and federal marketplaces
- Support NOCCCD’s student success objectives and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Anti-Racism work
- Strengthen NOCCCD’s relevance and value to key audiences including faculty, staff and students, as well as community and workforce partners, legislative officials, and education colleagues
Public Records Requests
The North Orange County Community College District adheres to the California Public Records Act and strives for transparency through its records management for access to official documents.

Email Signature Generator
Email is our most common form of day-to-day communication and therefore one of the most visible ways we strengthen our brand. The NOCCCD Email Generator tool has been created by the Office of Public & Governmental Affairs to ensure consistency across the District, reinforcing our brand identity and making it easier for recipients to identify and connect with us.
When your signature is ready, copy it to your clipboard and paste it into the email signature window of your email application, adjusting as necessary. Microsoft Outlook provides additional guidance for working with email signatures on both desktop or web applications.
NOTE: Do not include philosophical statements or inspirational quotes; this is to avoid the potential confusion that such statements represent the District's slogan, ideology or brand promise. Do not embed additional images that are not part of the automatically generated signatures.
