The primary functions of the NOCCCD Human Resources Department are to recruit, hire and retain a qualified staff of faculty, classified, and administrative personnel that support the educational needs of students.

PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT
One of the most valued resources of the North Orange County Community College District is its employees.  Consistent with this belief, we believe in the dignity and worth of all individuals.
