Individuals or entities seeking money or damages from the North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) must present a written claim to the District before filing a lawsuit.

Claims against the District are governed by the California Government Claims Act (California Government Code, Section 900 et seq.), as applicable, and NOCCCD Board Policy 3810 and Administrative Procedure 3810.

How to File a Claim

  1. Complete the Claim for Damages Against the District form. NOCCCD requires claims subject to its claims procedures to be submitted using this form.
  2. Submit the completed and signed form to:
