Open Enrollment In-person Office Hours

Human Resources is hosting in-person office hours to assist employees in completing the District’s 2026 online open enrollment process.
Prior to requesting assistance, we encourage all employees to review all open enrollment materials and make their own changes in MyGateway utilizing the Online Open Enrollment Guide. Employees attending in-person office ours must coordinate their attendance with their Immediate Management Supervisor.
- Employees will not be able to add new dependents during in-person office hours.
- Do not bring confidential documents of your dependents to your session.
- Employees will be assisted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Employes may attend any session regardless of location.
- Employees must know their MyGateway login to access MyGateway during in-person office hours.
- Contact IS Help desk ( ishelpdesk@nocccd.edu ) prior to your session if you need more information.
