Classified Professionals Training Academy

The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) deeply values its employees and is firmly committed to fostering lifelong learning and providing opportunities for professional growth and advancement to all classified and confidential staff.

Recognizing the crucial role that classified professionals play in student success, the District is pleased to offer the Classified Professionals Training Academy, with the next session tentatively launching in spring 2027.

The Academy is designed to:

• Provide opportunities for professional growth
• Enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning
• Increase awareness of the vital role of classified staff in the shared governance process

Participants in the Academy will have a focused opportunity to advance their skills, build leadership capacity, and become more adaptable in meeting the needs of students and the community. This program is open to both Classified and Confidential employees.
