Center for Entrepreneurship
The NOCCCD Center For Entrepreneurship (CFE) is a hub for students, entrepreneurs, and members of the community to come together and exchange ideas and information.
The CFE is funded by a portion of an $8.5 million grant awarded by the state and Senator Josh Newman to the NorthSTAR OC Collaborative, a consortium of organizations that pool resources to help dedicated innovators address social and environmental issues.
The Center offers resources, business basics, and applied learning opportunities for students and community members throughout the region – and helps them connect with mentors and professional experts who are authentically interested in providing support, connections and assistance.
Housed on the 10th floor of the District offices at 1830 Romneya Drive in Anaheim, it’s one of three such centers out of 116 community colleges in California. NOCCCD is proud to be pioneering this effort.
Who We Serve
CFE resources and workshops are available to students in the District’s campuses, participants in North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) programs, members of our local community, as well as businesses and employers interested in connecting and collaborating. We look forward to supporting unique visions and diverse ambitions. Whether you’re taking your first step into entrepreneurship or looking for guidance on your next step growing your business, the CFE is here to help.
What We Do
Our mission at the Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) is to empower fresh perspectives with an emphasis on innovation and addressing underrepresentation in the entrepreneurial space. The CFE offers online and in-person workshops as well as bootcamps and other special programs throughout the year, covering a range of topics. Learn what’s involved in a start-up, how to pitch your ideas, or the ways social entrepreneurship can impact your community.
