Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your current benefit elections and make changes to your medical, dental, and vision coverage for the upcoming 2027 plan year.
Employees are encouraged to review their options before Open Enrollment begins so they can make informed decisions for themselves and their families. Employees who do not wish to make changes to their medical, dental, or vision coverage are not required to complete Open Enrollment. Current benefit elections will continue into the 2027 plan year unless you submit changes during Open Enrollment.
FSAs and DCAs
Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Dependent Care Accounts (DCA) do not automatically renew. Employees wishing to participate in 2027 must enroll or re-enroll during Open Enrollment. If no election is made, participation will end on December 31, 2026.
