Accounts Payable supports all District departments, Cypress College, Fullerton College, and the School of Continuing Education, to ensure that payments are made in a timely and accurate manner. The Accounts Payable department is responsible for paying vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, in accordance with current state and federal laws, education code, District policies and procedures, and audit practices. The District Manager of Fiscal Affairs also works closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure that the appropriate dollars are allocated for District-wide personnel.
