The review cycle schedule ensures familiarity with and maintain up-to-date documents as well as review all board policies and administrative procedures within the accreditation cycle.

Current Revision Cycle

Volume: 160 Board Policies (BPs) + 183 Administrative Procedures (APs) = 343 total documents reviewed over the continuous review cycle.

The 2025-2030 cycle anticipates the accreditation site visit happening in 2031. Biannual legal updates occur every Fall (typically late October) and Spring (typically late April).

ACCJC Accreditation Standard 4: Governance and Decision-Making

The institution engages in clear and effective governance practices that support the achievement of its mission. Governance roles and responsibilities are delineated in widely distributed policies, and institutional decision-making processes provide opportunities for meaningful participation by relevant stakeholders.

Standard 4.4: Acting through policy, the governing board takes responsibility for the overall quality and stability of the institution, and regularly monitors progress towards its goals and fiscal health. (ER 7)

Note: The League's Policy & Procedure Subscriber Service issues legal updates in Fall and Spring each academic year. The continuous review cycle will incorporate the legal update revisions necessitated by changes to Federal/State statutes and/or regulations.
