How to File a Complaint
Unlawful Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Assault/Misconduct
Students and employees who believe they have been subjected to unlawful discrimination, including harassment (which includes sexual harassment), or sexual assault, or who seek information regarding the District's Unlawful Discrimination, Harassment, or Sexual Assault/Misconduct Policies should contact the Vice Chancellor, Human Resources at (714) 808-4822.
Students and employees seeking information regarding sexual harassment or sexual assault/misconduct may also contact their campus Title IX Coordinator. Click here for contact information.
To file a formal complaint:
Step 1:
Review the Unlawful Discrimination Administrative Procedures AP-3410. This document contains written procedures for filing and processing complaints of unlawful discrimination, harassment, sexual assault, and other sexual misconduct at the North Orange County Community College District.
Step 2:
Complete and submit the Unlawful Discrimination Complaint Form.
