A District-wide Proposed Budget and Financial Report is prepared each year in the fall and presented to the NOCCCD Board of Trustees, so that users from all backgrounds can understand the District's overall budget position. 

The District-wide Proposed Budget and Financial Report explains:

• Key components that make up the budget
• Financial activities for the General Fund and other funds used in the District

The Report acts as a snapshot of the District's fiscal condition, and will most likely change as new developments occur.
