The North Orange County Community College District takes safety seriously. In addition to campus safety officers and departments at each of our campuses, NOCCCD provides a comprehensive prevention and outreach program to prevent sexual misconduct for students, faculty and staff.
Included in this section is information on the Title IX federal rights law and ways to avoid sexual misconduct, which includes, but is not limited to: rape, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual harassment, stalking, and sexual assault.
If you become the victim of sexual misconduct, we urge you to speak with NOCCCD’s Title IX Office or any of our Title IX coordinators, campus safety departments, or Student Health Services staff. We take sexual misconduct and violence allegations seriously, and will make every effort to thoroughly investigate all claims.
