Back to Top Sabrina Tinsay

Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about traveling around the world. One of my goals for the future is to travel the world starting from the Northern Hemisphere and going east, west, and then south. I would like to join the Peace Corps someday and live in Spain.

Before going to Cypress College, I attended Garden Grove High School my freshman year (2001- 2002), Tustin High School, sophomore year (2002- 2003), Sierra Vista High School, junior year (2003-2004), and John F. Kennedy High School, senior year (2004- 2005), where I graduated.  During my school years at Cypress College, I have been a part of the Forensics Team (fall 2005- spring 2007), Campus Christians (fall 2005-present), Associated Students (fall 2006-present), Honors Program (spring 2007-present), Journalism (spring 2007-present), and club S.T.A.N.D. (spring 2007-present).

Throughout the years at Cypress College, I have learned about servant leadership through various community service activities provided for students. One of most memorable community service opportunity was titled, "Paint Your Heart Out." Our main goal was to paint a low-income senior citizen's home. Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable experience because it allowed my classmates and me to work together for a positive cause. Being a part of the campus life through student organizations and clubs introduced me to current events about the world around me. I will be graduating from Cypress College in spring 2008.

Back to Top David Adame

I was born in Southern California and currently reside in La Habra.  Like any young adult, I enjoy having fun.  I dance, run, and work out, scuba dive, and take part in other outdoor activities.  I love spending time with family and friends.  I currently work in sales at Macy’s

I graduated from Sonora High School in 2006 with academic honors.  I currently attend Fullerton College full time.  My major is Business; my concentration is still undecided between Corporate Finance, International Business, and Marketing.  I would like to transfer to either Pepperdine University or San Francisco State University. For my graduate degree, I would like to attend Columbia University for my MBA in Social Enterprise.

I enjoy having an active role in leadership, as well as assisting, voicing, and being a positive influence to others.  I currently serve as Vice President of Marketing for Fullerton College’s Phi Beta Lambda-Future Business Leaders of America.  I have served as an Associated Student Senator for Fullerton College, Battalion Commander for Sonora High School’s AJROTC program (Raider Battalion), and Peer Assistance Leader (PALs) at my junior high.
