The Public Affairs Department is primarily responsible for communication--with employees, the news media, and the greater community at large. The Department serves as a resource to faculty and staff, students, the Board of Trustees, elected officials, and the general public for information that clarifies and enhances understanding of the District's mission, its Board policies, and its programs and services.

Philosophy Statement The Office of Public Affairs is committed to providing accurate, timely information about the North Orange County Community College District to community members, faculty and staff, students, elected officials, and the news media. Our goal is to represent the District, Cypress and Fullerton colleges, the School of Continuing Education, faculty, staff, and students in a manner that communicates the benefits and value that our programs and services bring to the community, state, and nation.
