To be eligible for enrollment in the North Orange County Community College District you must either be:
  A high school graduate or equivalent, or
  Eighteen years of age or older (including non-high school graduates) who can
profit from instruction, or
  A minor who may benefit from instruction and has permission (completion of
a "Bridge Form" is required) of the local high school district and a parent or guardian, or
  A transfer, out-of-state, or international student.
