Council on Budget and Facilities

The Council on Budget and Facilities (CBF) meets the second Mondays of the month at 2 p.m. in the Anaheim Campus Room 105 and via videoconferencing at Cypress College and Fullerton College.

The function of the CBF is to make recommendations regarding policies, planning, and other matters related to NOCCCD fiscal resources and facilities. Recommendations from this governance group are forwarded to the District Consultation Council (DCC). After consideration of input from the DCC, and other recommendations, the Chancellor makes the final recommendation which is then submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval.
