The purpose of the North Orange County Community College District Budget Allocation Handbook 2012 is to provide a detailed description of the process used by NOCCCD to allocate resources.
The NOCCCD Budget Allocation Handbook 2012 describes the components of the budget allocation model at the District level. Each of the NOCCCD entities, Cypress College, Fullerton College, and the School of Continuing Education, also has a budget allocation model for the internal distribution of funds including evidence of how budget allocations are linked to campus and District planning.
